The center part of the house contains the kitchen with breakfast bar and large pantry. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen. There is also a small but fully equipped office. The right wing contains the master bedroom, complete with walk-in-closet and a large indoor/outdoor bathroom. All of the living and sleeping areas are air conditioned. Details for house number 2 The total size of the house, excluding the pool, terrace and garage is 450 square meters. The house was completed in April 2010 and still includes a building guarantee. Like house 1, only the best and finest building materials were used throughout. A steel frame was used for the roof and is completely closed in, making it impossible for pests to penetrate. There is a walkway in the roof and the extra space can be used for additional dry and clean storage space. Two folding attic ladders, imported from the US, provide easy access to the space. All of the doors throughout the house are made from merbau and beautifully designed. All of the windows and large sliding doors to the terrace and pool are made of powder coated aluminum with 5 mm tempered safety glass, tinted blue for UV and heat protection. All of the main rooms face west, are air-conditioned and have a phone system throughout. The sound system can be controlled independently. All counter tops of the bar, kitchen and the vanities of the six bathrooms are made from granite. All of the bathrooms and toilets have exhaust fans. Entrance is made through the north wing to the foyer, which has a large stone wall fountain, granite floor tiles and seating area. The hallway leads to the guest toilet and 5 x 8 meter entertainment or meeting room. The entertainment room includes a billiard table and karaoke. Below the entertainment room, there is a spacious 5 x 8 meter guest room with full bathroom, offering total privacy. From the foyer, an arched walk way leads to the bright center wing which has large sliding doors to the pool and uninterrupted views across to the mountains and Bali Sea. The center wing consists of a large living room with entertainment area, guest toilet and continues to a 6 meter long wet bar area. The bar is complete with bar stools, sink and granite counters, built in cabinets, refrigerator, wall with mirrored glass, shelves and built in sound system. Perfect for entertaining! The inviting dining area, with side buffet, has seating for up to 12 guests. The custom made kitchen offers all western style amenities, including breakfast bar, with bar stools, granite bench tops, microwave, gas oven and grill, cook top, exhaust hood, dishwasher, garbage disposal unit, with many additional features such as space savers, automatic closing mechanisms for doors and drawers and a spacious walk-in pantry. The south wing offers a 24 square meter spa and fitness area, which includes a high-end tread mill and massage table. Sliding glass doors and windows with mini-blinds which provide privacy or views to the pool/terrace and the Bali Sea. Next to the spa is a 12 square meter bathroom with indirect illumination and double bath tub.
